THE BIRTH
Infinity concierge started with its humble beginning in Dubai. Understanding the demand of health focused concierge services, Our core mission was to assist medical tourists with lodging, transportation and ticketing in international destinations such as UK, Germany and London.

PROPERTY CONCIERGE KICKS OFF
Due to high demand from family offices to offer a more diversified concierge platform, we added Wealth Management & Property Concierge to our ever-growing list of services. Dedicated lifestyle managers started escorting their clients to Europe! This was our cornerstone that differentiated us from all global concierge service providers.
INTERNATIONAL FOOTPRINT
We expanded our operations to Italy, Egypt, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the USA. To offer more quality and personalized experience, we setup local presence in each city. With dedicated personnel on ground, we were able to filter reliable quality oriented local suppliers.
CORPORATE SECTOR TASTES CONCIERGE
As most of our clients had corporate attachment, increasing requests from corporate agencies gave birth to our Corporate Concierge package. With its launch, major telecommunication and financial institutions benefitted from its personalized membership packages.FROM HOME TO HOTEL EXPERIENCE
Observing a shift in living experience from a home to a hotel experience, we expanded our property concierge package to include residential, commercial and government agencies. With years of experience in managing Royal Palaces, penthouses, and private yachts, our lifestyle managers had full experience and vetted suppliers in home management including maintenance, staff hiring, interior designing and property development. To empower our residential property clients, we started offering in-house receptionists, bell boys and lifestyle managers.MEDICAL TOURISM
As medical Concierge has been our bedrock, we diversified our services to also include onshore and offshore sites mainly to oil and gas sector. This includes telemedicine, air ambulance, Doctors on call and many more.
